Our scheduling windows are from 8-11, 11-2, and 2-5. Your technician can arrive ANYTIME during that period, but you will receive a courtesy phone call or text message when they are on the way, and this usually gives you a 30-minute notice of arrival.

While each task may have similar qualities, every home is different. Once on site, our technicians will walk the property with you and review, discuss, suggest, and advise on each area of concern you have. They will then provide the cost for those options, allowing you to choose the best scenario that works for you.

Yes, Apple Plumbing installs customer-supplied items, but we do not warranty customer-supplied items. We supply most customer-requested items, such as water heaters, water softeners, tankless units, garbage disposals, faucets, and toilets. Any item supplied by us we stand behind. If that item were to be defective, we will warranty the item within set parameters, but if a customer-supplied item fails, the customer is responsible for the replacement cost.

Yes, Apple Plumbing technicians are experienced in working on the various manufacturers’ items to meet all your home needs. We are certified repair technicians for Navien Tankless Water Heaters.

If your job requires specialty parts that need to be ordered, we will do our best to get those parts promptly and return them to complete the job.

Yes, on top of standard service calls, Apple Plumbing specializes in remodels and renovations. This includes underground work on the exterior and interior of your home, from the rough-in stage to the final trim installation. We do not do design, drywall, tile, etc., but we may be able to refer you to additional contractors we have worked with to make your project as seamless as possible and make your dream a reality.

All payments are due at the time of service. We accept credit or debit cards; we do not accept Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo. Please be aware that a 3% credit or debit card fee is applied if using these forms of payment. To avoid this fee, cash and checks are always accepted.
