Our scheduling windows are 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM, 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM, and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Your technician can arrive ANYTIME during that time period, but you will receive a courtesy phone call or text message when they are on the way, and this usually gives you a 30-minute notice of arrival.
While each task may have similar qualities, every home is different. Our technicians, once on site, will walk the property with you and review, discuss, suggest, and advise on each area of concern you have. They will then provide cost for those options with you, giving you the flexibility to choose the best scenario that works for you.
Yes, Apple Plumbing does install customer-supplied items, but we do not warranty customer-supplied items. We do, however, supply most customer-requested items such as water heaters, water softeners, NUVO systems, tankless units, garbage disposals, faucets, and toilets. Any item supplied by us; we stand behind. If that item were to be defective, we will warranty the item within set parameters, but if a customer-supplied item fails, the customer is responsible for the cost of replacement.
Do your technicians have experience with higher end items like Dornbracht, Hans Grohe, Kallista, Toto, and Navien?
Yes, Apple Plumbing technicians are experienced with working on the various manufacturers’ items to meet all your home needs.
Apple Plumbing works with multiple vendors throughout the valley, allowing our technicians easy accessibility to parts required to complete a job. If your job requires specialty parts that need to be ordered, we will do our best to get those parts in a timely manner and return to complete the job.
Yes, on top of standard service calls, Apple Plumbing specializes in remodels and renovations. This includes underground work on the exterior and interior of your home through the rough-in stage to the final trim installation. We do not do design, drywall, tile, etc., but we may be able to refer you to additional contractors we have worked with to make your project as seamless as possible and make your dream a reality.
All payments are due at the time of service. We accept credit or debit cards; we do not accept Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo. Please be aware there is a 3% credit or debit card fee applied if using these forms of payment. To avoid this fee, cash and checks are always accepted.
